Terms of Service

The parties

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Kintic, Corp., a Delaware corporation (doing business as Kintic). “Kintic,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Kintic, Corp. unless the context requires otherwise.

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, accessing the Kintic dashboard or API, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Kintic on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Use of service

Kintic, Corp. provides the tools to log, inspect, and reason about autonomous agent behavior. You retain ownership of your data. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription or trial, in line with your plan limits and fair use. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and API keys and for activity under your account.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

  • Use Kintic to collect, store, or log personal data about end users without a lawful basis and appropriate notice and consent where required — for example, do not stream PII from your customers into Kintic without meeting your privacy obligations.
  • Attempt to access, extract, or interfere with other customers' data, accounts, or systems; probe for vulnerabilities beyond good-faith coordinated disclosure; or use the service to distribute malware or violate applicable law.
  • Reverse engineer or resell the service in a way that competes with Kintic, Corp. without our written permission, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.

Payment terms

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Fees are as shown at checkout or on your pricing page unless otherwise agreed in writing. Subscriptions renew according to the billing cycle you select until you cancel through the billing portal or we terminate as described below. Taxes may apply based on your location. If payment fails, we may suspend access until the balance is resolved.

Termination

You may stop using Kintic and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, if we must comply with law, or if we wind down the service with reasonable notice where practicable. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. limitations of liability, governing law) survive termination.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted, Kintic, Corp. and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and Kintic, Corp. consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for disputes arising from these terms or the service, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
